Coca-cola Create Real Magic Holiday AI Experience

For Coca-Cola's holiday campaign, I helped create an interactive experience that brought their iconic Haddon Sundblom Santa to life through AI. Users could have real-time conversations with this AI-powered Santa on desktop and mobile, sharing their favorite holiday memories and receiving a personalized digital snowglobe in return. My role extended beyond the core app UI/UX to encompass global marketing art direction and production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and fellow designers, I helped establish a cohesive design system that ensured consistency across all touchpoints. I directed creative assets spanning TikTok content, Times Square billboards, display ads, and print materials for international markets, maintaining a unified visual story throughout the launch.

The experience was distributed to 40+ global markets and in 30+ languages.

We created one version using Santa for the majority of markets and an alternate version for markets where the use of Santa in marketing was restricted.
