Coca-cola Create Real Magic Holiday AI Experience

The Ask
Coca-Cola came to us seeking to create a digital AI experience for their 2024 holiday campaign. They wanted to bring their iconic holiday heritage to life through emerging technology, creating a meaningful connection with consumers during the most wonderful time of the year. The experience needed to scale globally across 40+ markets and 30+ languages while maintaining the magic and authenticity of the Coca-Cola holiday tradition.

The Solution
We created an interactive AI-powered Santa experience featuring Coca-Cola's beloved Haddon Sundblom Santa. Users could have personalized conversations with Santa and receive custom digital snow globes as keepsakes. To ensure global reach, we developed two versions of the experience—one featuring Santa for most markets and an alternative version for regions where Santa-based marketing was restricted.

Beyond the core digital experience UX/UI, I also developed global marketing assets spanning Times Square billboards, social content for TikTok and Instagram, display ads, Piccadilly Square 3D animations, print materials, and design guidelines—creating a cohesive visual system that brought holiday magic to millions worldwide.
